Last Blog
I enjoyed the interaction between my so many followers. I am sadly announcing that this will be my last blog, at least for a long while. I thank everyone who has stuck with me through these past few weeks, and i hope i have touched the heart and minds of all of my viewers. I know life can be stressful and confusing but i just want everyone to stick with it. The semester is almost over and the summer is soon approaching. Spring is friday and the weather is starting to warm up. If we can knock at the homework and priorities first then the remainding time can be used doing stress-free related activities. So be active, be responsible, be safe, and have fun...Enjoy life, Lenndogg Out!!!

Everybody's Irish
Happy Saint Patrick's Day, the glorious day of celebrating the great christian missionary St. Patrick. Just a little history on St. Patrick if you didn't know. Patrick was kidnapped at the age of sixteen by Roman british Isle band pirates, who then threw Patrick into slavery. Patrick was a sheppard who swho turned to religion for solace. After six years of slavery patrick escaped to the Irish Coast and back to Britain. Back in his homeland, Patrick became a priest and started to dream of visions of people from ireland wanting him to return to spread the word of Christianity. Patrick traveled to ireland and became a christian missionary, all though there were christians in Ireland at the time, Patrick laid the ground work for a lot of monasteries and churches. He converted many followers into christianinty and became a saint. In 1737 St. Patricks Day was first celebrated in Boston, Massachuttes and in 1766 the first parade for St. Patty's was taken place in New York City. Today is the gloriest day for all of us to celebrate the great St. Patrick. In slippery rock and all over the world, "Today Everybody Is Irish". Lenndogg Out!!!

Life in the major
I always get confused when i have class with some students who are in this major. We live for physical activity and helping others live a healthy life, yet people argue or complain when we have to participate in an activity. I just dont get it, are we or are we not suppose to lead by example. Each and one of us in this major should be active, outgoing, and willing to step out our way to help others. Being a Physical Education major i know that i am going to change a lot of lives. I also know that i am not going to be able to reach out to everyone, but by me trying my hardest to help change the way children and teenagers live their life actively will be one step closer to saving and changing their life. So please if you are one of these people who just want to roll the ball out for students to play, please stop hurting my major and my work ethic. Try hard and do your best because the overall picture isn't me nor you its everyone, it's our society or future.

Back to the Grid Iron
Spring Break is now over and the second half of the semester has begun. Its going to be an excited second half of the semester. I started training for the Pittsburgh Marathon. A lot of the PE students are geting teams around with some of the professors in our department. Its rough now because its still cold outside and the only time i can get out to run is in the morning before classes. Slippery Rock is a town that consist of hills, either up hill or down hill. Training is hard enough, fitting a few miles in a day is intense but throwing in hills within those miles, now that is a challenge. I beleive physical activity is something that every individual should do, no matter if they are 10 or 70 our bodies are made to move and there is always a way to get around and become physically active. If you may, please take an hour of your busy day and get some sort of physical activity in your life. There are many benefits when people become physically active a few is better sleep and decreasing stress level. Schedule an hour a day and do something fun for your body. If you need any suggestion please let me know. Have a great day and get out and be active. Lenndogg Out!!!

Spring Break
Oh what a wonderful time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the free time from classes. Slippery Rock University has spring break starting today for a while ten days. Friends are going all over the world. From places like florida, chicago, arizona, and even prague and Brazil. Must be nice to get out of slippery rock where the seasons change hourly. Unfortunately, I get the oppurtunity to stay in the lovely town of Slippery Rock and work on my stressful efolio. The head start will be able to keep me ahead of schedule and not stress or be fluster when its due. I know most of my collegues will be frustrated when the time come to turn them in. As i look at spring break as a time of relaxation and boredum, i know i can manage to fit in the few movies i have been waiting to watch. So everyone leaving campus and enjoying a wonderful time in another city or country please be safe and responsible, have fun and as our dance professor TC says "DON'T BE STUPID". Lenndogg Out!!!

Common sickness
It seems like everyone is sick around Slippery Rock. I've been fighting some common cold for a few weeks, nothing crazy just the soar throat and stuffy nose. I try to fight this sickness with vitamins and constantly drinking water. For some reason it isn't and i think i have to go for the cold medicine. I always like to keep an open mind on being sick and trying to stay positive as well as productive. Even though i have been sick for the past two weeks i managed to keep up with work and classes. Spring break is coming up in a few days and i plan on relaxing and getting rid of this horrible cold. My advice to everyone else is to enjoy spring break, relax, have fun, and dont be stupid because a week later everyone will be back on the grind for the end of the semester. Enjoy, Lenndogg Out!!!

Having a Bad Day!!!
Don't you hate it when you have a bad day, I do especially today. Today i am having a horrible day and i find it hysterical that it all starts with one thing and continues down hill like a freight train. I usually start my days with a morning workout. That morning work out did not happen and i knew it was a bad thing but i got an extra hour and half of sleep. Since i missed my workout i was late getting into work to set up our sirius satelite, which decided to not work. Since i couldn't get the satelite up i was running late to my first class, which i forgot i had a homework assignment due. Eventhough the day has been going the opposite way i want i am still trying to keep a positive outcome on my day and life. I actually took a few seconds out of my day and said a quick prayer. So if your having a bad day try to stay focus and happy and if that doesnt work, ask the good lord for a favor. Have a Nice Day!!!!Lenndogg Out!!!
